Coming home has been such a huge adjustment...
But the Lord has helped us along the way.
Each day has been an adventure.
BUT...
It is the miracles alone the way that mean so much to us.
These miracles come in the form of...
GRANDCHILDREN!
Chris's girls helped downstairs...
where I didn't think we would ever find the bottom...
Then Dani came...
The patio was transformed from a bug infested bird poop paradise..
to a patio once again...
Then Mary and Tim left their five children ages...
16-14-14-12-10.
What fun!
We broke all child labor laws...
They worked so hard.
They got here Monday...
And each day brought new adventures...
I also went through 24 loaves of bread!
Grind the flour...
I can make six loaves at a time....
Monday I made 12 loaves...
Thursday night I made 18 loaves...
This is what the corner of the kitchen looked like ALL week!
Our old TV DVD/VHS player and Entertainment center went down stairs...
The sound for the TV hasn't worked for years so we listened to it through our stereo system.
Nathan and Megan...
FOUND SOUND!
Set it up...
And were able to watch DVD/VHS moves in the evenings...
The Cheer leaders...

Tuesday morning the real work began...
Sydney and Megan...
And Joie and Gabby...
Started by cleaning out the pump house (aka garden shed)
That is sideways...
Jeran Jordan and Nathan cut dead branches out of the trees above the yard.
That afternoon and Wednesday...
Becky and I cut back bushes and trees.
The girls hauled the branches off down below the shed...
They are taking a rest!
Natalie (Steve's wife) and Gabby.
Claire (Steve and Natalie's little girl) got in the act as well...
The boys got into the act as well...
Jordon did well...
Nathan took on some bigger stuff...
Gabby working harder then all the rest?
Once all the cutting and hauling was done....
The flower beds were next!
Thursday Friday and Saturday we raked flower beds.
This front one had to be hand picked...
the Allyssum would not rake!
We worked so hard but these little troupers hauled off over growth...
and cuttings...and stuff for a week.
This yard looks good.
Now I can go back and spray weed and do the fun stuff.
What they did in one week would have taken me a couple months.
They were truly a miracle sent from above.
Our wash room was full of shoes waiting while their owners were in the house!
Afternoons was full of cousin bonding and fun!

Thursday Stan took the boys to the Bishops store house in Burley and unloaded a Semi...
Good experience for our young Priesthood holders!
Friday morning there was snow on the ground...
I made dinner, the girls made cookies and we played UNO.
Stan took his taxes in to Brigham...
Nathan and Jeran went to Burley with Ben for corn for the Dairy.
The girls and I went out in the later morning and raked flower beds once again.
They were catching on so we got a lot done in just a couple of hours.

His wife Janee and baby Braden.
They came to visit Friday afternoon...
THEN..
Stan and the girls and I went to Twin Falls to meet Joe Tawny and girls who flew in from Germany!
It is a very tiny air port but it did the job!
We all went to Arctic Circle to eat.

Mike lives in Twin so he came over...

Tawny's sister, Eran, and five children came to meet them as well.
We took the girls around to see the Twin Falls temple and got behind it so they could get picture

How beautiful is that?
We hated to say goodby to Joe and family...
They will come here next week for a visit!
Saturday morning it was very cold and we baked cooked and played till it warmed up...
We finished raking the yard by 1 in the afternoon!
We were done...
so it was time to party!
Megan set up the colors for the family children to come and do their magic with the eggs.
Jeran is here but he and Nathan were helping Ben with the farming...

Then is was out to find the plastic eggs with the candy in them.

It is a fast moving game...

And of course we ate..

Easter Sunday!
It was a beautiful day...
Stan and I got to teach the 11 year olds in Primary...
It was a spiritual experience.
In Sacrament meeting...
Denise Darrington and Sylvia Grush did their traditional piano organ duet.
It was so beautiful!
The Cottle's spoke and brought a beautiful spirit to the meeting and Easter.
Then it was home to the food!
This family really knows how to eat...

Mary's family was in Juniper for Easter this year...
Other years they are in Sandy and they drive out to Cedar Fort...
That is where Joie's family is buried...
They always leave a tribute for them on Easter...
I have a little memory garden...
with a plaque and their names on it...
So the family signed a poster...
and put little messages on it and Mary put it by the plaque.
