A time to be grateful...

I suppose I should express gratitude for health.
We have been so blessed to escape the flues and viruses...
BUT
This week we had some down time.
Stan had a day
I had about three.
We are so thankful to feel good...

Monday....

We helped  Sigfried's move.
They have been living with the Todd's for almost two years...
But no job or prospects...
They are headed to Snowflake Arizona to be with their son who is building a new home.

Todd's I understand always seem to fill their garage with other people's things...
While they live with them till they can find a better place...
Amazing, loving, generous people.

Sister Todd has quite a sense of humor...
These were above her laundry area in the garage.

Brother Todd...Sister Todd was getting ready for a funeral.
Sister Sigfried is next to Brother Todd

 Elder Campbell

Brother Todd Sister Sigfrid and Elder Campbell

Wish we would have gotten to know this wonderful couple sooner.

We did try to find some people again this week who don't want to be found.
We visited some who desperately need the church, but  just enjoy the missionaries to visit with.

Stan was able to have contact with a fella who really wants to be a member but because of in laws is unable to pursue it.  We will keep hoping for contact and praying for miracles in his behalf.

We went upstairs and formally introduced our selves to our new neighbors.
They are wonderful people and love Christ and are open to coming to church...
Maybe...

Where we are at Marion Hirt's home Lake Talmadge is always so picturesque.

Gratitude is a deep feeling of appreciation
and
thankfulness for blessings or benefits we have received.
As we cultivate an attitude of gratitude,
we are more likely to be happy and spiritually strong.
We should regularly express our gratitude to God for the blessings He gives us
and to others for the kind acts they do for us.
