Fall is falling all around....EVEN the Clock fell back!

Chrysanthe'mums' are always beautiful in the fall...

It has been a beautifully warm fall week...
Beautiful weather...
Hope it is a sign of a lot of snow this winter...

Monday was an early out...
Chris brought her girls over for a 'service' project.
 Getting that Virginia Creeper tamed...(Angie)
Time for the peonies to sleep. (Sierra)
Reigan and Jayden are planting bulbs...
Leaves... (Reigan Sierra Jayden and Angie down under)
 Leaves...
 AND...
More leaves...

Halloween is a sure sign of Fall...
I spent the night Tuesday with the Neilsons'.
I am so grateful Larry and Becky haven't thrown out that ol' recliner...

Syd dressed up as the Mad Hatter for school Wednesday...

 Here's to ya!

Once back at home...
I just barely had time to get ready to be spooked!
Jeremy Nelson and John Campbell Familes...
 Josh Nelson family....
Ben's family...with Brooke as the other mouse (she is Bryce Campbell family)
Bryce Campbell Family...

I love love love love...
All the little ones who come to 'trick' if we don't treat.
Although Steve met the first group with an empty bowl...
You should have seen the sad faces...
Bad Steve...
That huge bag of Candy was gone by the time the last little ones walked out the door.

There wasn't any school Friday...
Once again Chris brought the girls...
They worked so hard most of the day...
They pruned all my elm bushes back...
Reigan worked as a weight in the wheel barrow to keep the branches in place...
Although she and the branches slipped off once...
They all had clippers in all sizes and shapes...

 Ray is quite the worker....
After they cut back the bushes by the driveway...
They still had these...

Rays clippers are bigger then she and the plant are...

I left to make some visits...
When I got back it was all done...

I am so thankful for the family who helps when there is no possible way I can do it.

Our clocks fell back...
One full hour...
For the next four months...
Stan will be a happy camper...
Peace will rein in the Campbell home once again...
If anyone gets rid of Day Light time it will be my husband.

Melissa our new RS President...
Gave a beautiful lesson on...
The Attitude of Gratitude...
WOW!
It was so powerful....
She used a lot of quotes from face book friends...
Her family...
She used Scriptures..
A conference talk...
BUT...
She told the story of her family....
there wasn't a dry eye in the meeting.
We all went away so grateful for our trials...
Thank you Melissa for a new perspective.
We need strong Christians who can persevere against hardship,
who can sustain hope through tragedy,
who can lift others by their example and their compassion,
and who can consistently overcome temptations.
We need strong Christians who can make important things happen by their faith
and who can defend the truth of Jesus Christ against
 moral relativism and militant atheism.”

Enduring to the end means living life....

How do you define PAIN?

Each person has their own threshold...

I have decided that it is how we endure it that is important.

I am working on that...

Wherefore, ye must press forward with a steadfastness in Christ,
having a perfect brightness of hope
and a love of God and of all men.
Wherefore, if ye shall press forward,
feasting upon the word of Christ,
and endure to the end,
behold,
thus saith the Father:
Ye shall have eternal life.

I know three couples right now who are doing just that...
They will have eternal life...

My sweet Daughter-in-laws parents...
Both have been diagnosed with thermal cancers...
They live each day to it's fullest...
What a powerful example...

A wonderful man in our ward has been diagnosed with Lymphoma,
He to is in advanced stages...
He is a trooper and both he and his wife are enduring it well.

A couple in the Deland 2nd ward...
Janet and Jeff Miller...
He has been diagnosed with Lou Gehrig Disease (ALS)
This is a couple that nothing will get them down...
He will die soon...
 life is to precious...

There are so many out there....
I could write a book...

Life came to Juniper this week...
Rain AND Snow...
It was measurable...

Now do we finish planting?
or
wait till spring...
It is really cold!

(Good thing the Lord told us not to gamble...
Farming is the biggest gamble of all...
The difference between farming and gambling?
We must have faith that our Heavenly Father will temper the elements for our purpose.
He is our partner...
It is His to give.

I went visiting in Malta Monday afternoon...
As I left Denise Darrington's this is what greeted me...
Believe me I took tons of pictures...
It was so beautiful.
To bad I am not a photographer.

A promise that there will be another harvest.

Tuesday morning as we left for Logan...
A view of the dusting of snow on our poor bear Black Pine Mountain.

Cache Valley, Logan, on the other hand...
Had a goodly amount of snow...
It was beautiful.
But Burrrrrrrr.  I am NOT ready for this at all.

The annual Juniper Halloween party at Nelsons.
this was taken in our kitchen.
Stan wondered why I didn't have a hat of something for him.
I usually decide what he will be and work so hard to convince him he wants to do it.
This time he took my hat...
Later he had Dani's wig on.
Can't out guess this guy.

Lots of fun ghoulish things to eat.

 Dylan as Larry the...
Ross Spider man
Stan and cousin Zeldon, it has been awhile for them to visit.
 Dani's wig...
 Three blind mice...
Olivia, Brooke Sierra  (Brooke is Bryce and Jodi Campbell's daughter, a cousin)

These two are cousins, and such good friends.
Naomi and Reigan
 games...

Most happy families have one thing...
They have a way of forgiving
 and
forgetting
 the imperfection of others
 and
of looking for the good.
